Our company was founded in 2023, but its roots run much deeper. Nathan Flynn and his father-in-law, Brent Loyd, have been in the housing industry for over 50 years combined. Though they worked under a different entity, Ed Loyd Construction, they bring all of their knowledge and experience in home building, renovating, and developing along with them.

Here at Cornerstone, we strive to bring you the highest quality product at the best price. On a custom home build, we offer a custom blueprint, 3D rendering, and weekly updates to keep you in the loop on one of the largest investments you’ll ever make.
